Home Condition Survey
We have created our own version of a Home Condition Report which offers our clients greater detail, more information and annotated photographs to further improve these reports.
What does a Home Condition Report include? A Building Condition Report (also known as a Property Condition Report) is a detailed inspection of a property’s health that provides advice in a more simplistic report format using the traffic light system, green for elements in "acceptable condition" Amber for defects considered "non urgent" and red for defects found to require "urgent attention".
It provides limited advice on the causes and remedies of any faults found. The Property Condition Report is therefore usually seen as an 'interim' report, between a mortgage valuation and HomeBuyer Report.
