Party Wall Advice:
If you are planning an extension or a new build structure close to an existing building or boundary line or planning alterations that will effect or alter a Party Wall, it's likely that you will be required to serve notice on the Adjoining Owners about your proposed works. Schedules of Condition
Often overlooked by people and companies in the property business! Schedules of Condition are vital for both Landlords and Tenants primarily at the commencement of a Commercial Lease when the condition of a property should be accurately logged by a Surveyor to prevent future disputes about repairs etc at the end of the lease.
Schedules of Condition are also critical when Party Wall Awards are prepared, for the same reasons as above.
