Level 3 Survey (Building Survey Report)
A Detailed Survey Report of a property which gives as much detail as possible and as access will allow.
Our Chartered Surveyors have extensive structural experience and spend more time on site than most, taking photographs, taking moisture readings and climbing in roof voids, this is to ensure that our reports are more detailed than many others.

Home Condition Report
A report that offers a simplified report format but ours include more than normal, we give advice on defects found, provide annotated photographs, advise on repairs, future maintenance and rate the defects with the traffic light system.
RICS Level 2 Survey (HomeBuyers Report)
A report that offers a "middle ground" between the RICS Level 3 Report (Full Building Survey) and the Condition Report. It can include a market valuation, insurance rebuild cost and multiple photos of any defects.
These surveys are presented in the standard RICS report format and are best suited to newer properties and properties that have not been significantly altered.
Single Point Defect Report:
This is a detailed report on a single defect such as a cracked wall, dampness or a defective roof. Our Surveyors are all extensively experienced in damp, condensation and Structural Defects so we can offer advise on all these building issues.
